Army intelligence officer Jack Poynt (Antonio Sabato Jr.) uncovers a journal indicating that a massacre was committed by American troops that resulted in the deaths of American soldiers as well as civilians in Cambodia during the Vietnam War. While Poynt wants justice by exposing those responsible, the man who was in charge is now National Security Advisor Max Camden (Fred Ward) who will stop at nothing to acquire the information and eliminate Poynt and his ally, Communist agent Kim (Susie Park).
