Carpenter was tried, and acquitted, for the still-unsolved murder.

Rodgers), and the sole survivor of one of the shipwrecks Meeno Paloma (Lou Diamond Phillips). Off they go to solve the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, but the more they investigate, the more nightmarish the answers become.
