As if his life wasn't bad enough, as an adult Norbit is bullied into a marriage to the morbidly obese and strong-willed Rasputia (also Eddie Murphy). Rasputia has taunted Norbit since they were children and now continues her efforts as a hen-pecking wife. Then, one day, Norbit is reunited with his childhood sweetheart, Kate (Thandie Newton), who arrives to run the orphanage. Kate is engaged to slick Deion (Cuba Gooding Jr.), and Rasputia is more than prepared to keep Kate and Norbit apart. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Makeup. 1 User Review
