So Mud comes up with a scheme: get weird teacher Dennis Van Welker (Christopher Lloyd) to pose as a camp director and talk the parents into sending their children to the fake camp. Oh, yes, parents aren't allowed at the camp. The plan works, and more young ones find out about the camp and want to attend. Chaos reigns supreme in this weak, but at-times funny, family comedy.
