The widow of a drug addict, Lisa (Leslie Ryan), witnessed her husband's murder and is scheduled to be a witness at the trial. She is placed under the protection of police officer Stacy (Stacie Randall) who has checked in with Lisa at a home for battered women. When the killers learn where the women are hiding, they attack and are met with resistance from the shelter's handyman (Matt McCoy) and residents.
