  When New York playwright Barton Fink (John Turturro) goes to Hollywood, he checks into a seedy hotel and becomes friends with Charlie Meadows (John Goodman). Fink has trouble writing his story, and, instead of getting over writer's block, he becomes a murder suspect. The film received three Academy Award nominations including Best Supporting Actor Michael Lerner for his role as the studio chief.

  This is the remake of "Bedtime Story" about a slick Riviera con man Lawrence Jamieson (Michael Caine) and a scruffy American scam artist Freddy Benson (Steve Martin) who meet on a train. Caine realizes that Martin is planning on infiltrating his territory, theorizing that bad crooks give the sophisticated ones a bad name. The entire tale is a series of sequences in which one con man tries to outwit the other. Fun.

  After her husband Don (Ted Danson) is laid off from his job, stay-at-home mom Bridget (Diane Keaton) looks for employment. Her degree in English doesn't count for much after years of not working, and Bridget ends up with a job as janitor at the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank where worn-out paper currency is sent to be destroyed. Bridget notices that there is a way of stealing the cash just before it is shredded and enlists help from paper shredder, single mom Nina (Queen Latifah) and from flaky, cart pusher Jackie (Katie Holmes). Now, time after time, the trio succeeds in stealing the worn-out cash, but will greed prove to be their downfall?

Now, Miranda and Tom set off to Mexico to locate her creator and find a cure. But the cure unleashes her extraterrestrial side, Miranda's killer instincts rise to the fore, and now the entire human race is in jeopardy.
