The day passes, and the students end up at a wild keg party in the woods.

Meanwhile, the film is axed, and the actors find themselves in a real war, lost in the jungle where they are hunted down by a Burmese drug ring, led by twelve-year-old Tran (Brandon Soo Hoo), that believes the actors are soldiers. Now, their acting skills really come into play. Robert Downey Jr. received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

  Set during World War II, this is the story of problems encountered when U.S. submarine Captain Mike Dahlgren (Bill Paxton) sends a small crew, led by his Executive Officer Lt. Andrew Tyler (Matthew McConaughey), out to board a stranded German U-Boat and capture a code machine: Enigma. Tyler and his crew complete their mission but now find themselves stranded on the U-Boat and must use their skills to pilot the U-Boat and find safety.
