The house is a former funeral parlor, and, as soon as the Campbells move in, Matt starts having visions of a young boy and an evil mortician. Matt meets fellow cancer patient Reverend Popescu (Elias Koteas), and, believing that the house is haunted, the Campbells ask Popescu to exorcise the house. Will he succeed, or will the terrors become even worse?

Edgar is ill and is being nursed by his live-in lover Cassandra (Suzy Amis). Meanwhile, Van Helsing is on Nadja's trail because he knows that if Dracula's ashes are not properly disposed of, he will come back to life. Van Helsing finds Nadja and kills her, but Nadja has now taken over Cassandra's body, and a new life begins for Nadja.

Even though his failure is for the wrong reason, Garrison is relieved of his duties. But, Garrison perseveres in trying to save the President's life, and his efforts lead to a confrontation with his once-good friend and fellow agent David Breckinridge (Kiefer Sutherland).

  On Christmas break, college classmates (Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes) share a ride home from Pennsylvania to Delaware. With a winter storm advisory in effect, they take a shortcut along a snow-covered country road on which they are overtaken by a speeding car and are forced off the road into a snow bank. They try to get help, but those they encounter are not friendly and, in fact, are ghosts who were victimized by a highway patrolman (Martin Donovan) in the 1950s. To make matters worse, the ghost of that same patrolman keeps driving his phantom car past them and increases the terror of an already horrific night.
