  In this East Side Kids entry, Danny Breslin (Bobby Jordan) is being influenced by crook Monk Martin (Bobby Stone) and, as a result, is disqualified from the Golden Gloves boxing tournament. Muggs (Leo Gorcey) takes Donny's place in the boxing championship fight while gamblers plot to fix the outcome. Just before the fight, Danny is shot, and Muggs donates blood to save him. This weakens Muggs, but he still participates and wins the championship, and the gamblers are sent to jail.

Roger and Anita fall in love and marry. Pongo and Perdita are now together and produce a litter of 15 Dalmatian puppies. The evil Cruella de Vil (voice of Betty Lou Gerson) wants to buy Dalmatian puppies to provide fur coats for profit. When Roger refuses to sell them to her, she arranges to steal them. The police cannot find the puppies, but Pongo and Perdita use a system of dog signals to locate them, and–with help from dogs, geese, horses, and cows–the puppies are rescued.

Taking the Chief's grandson hostage, he intends to gain trapping rights. But Red Ryder comes to the rescue and the grandson, Little Beaver, remains with our hero.
