When they get stranded at JFK Airport, the relative strangers (they just met on their incoming flight) rent the last available car and set out on a short trip that turns into a much longer one across country. They encounter more than a few problems along the way but end up with a newly found friendship among the three.

Determined to lose his virginity before starting college, Ian sets out on a road trip from Chicago to Knoxville to meet Ms. Tasty, and accompanying him are his cocky friend Lance (Clark Duke) and Felicia (Amanda Crew). Of course, problems–including car trouble along with run-ins with the law and an Amish community–ensue as Ian and friends encounter more than a few misadventures along their 500 mile trip.
