American pilot Colonel Charles "Chappy" Sinclair (Louis Gossett Jr.) is back. As they begin to put their plan together, Chappy learns that someone in the Pentagon plans to sabotage their top-secret mission. But, with Chappy's expert guidance and training, the teams successfully carry out the mission.
