In this entry in the "Halloweentown" series, teenage witch Marnie Piper (Kimberly J. Brown) suggests an exchange program in which the supernatural teens from Halloweentown will attend her high school in a "mortal" community. With help from her grandmother Aggie (Debbie Reynolds), the council agrees with Marnie's idea. But, if problems develop, Marnie and her friends will lose their magical powers. And trouble does come–in the form of the Knight of the Iron Dagger. Will Marnie be able to save the day?
