Il Grande Silenzo 1968 N/R, 90 min. Genre: Foreign / Western aka: The Great Silence
Director: Sergio Corbucci Cast: Jean-Louis Trintignant, Klaus Kinski, Vonetta McGee, Frank Wolff, Luigi Pistilli, Remo de Angelis, Bruno Corazzari, Mario Brega, Carlo D'Angelo, Raf Baldassarre
This is one of the best of the so-called spaghetti Westerns. Silence (Jean-Louis Trintignant) is mute due to his throat being cut by ruthless bounty hunters. Now he's on the trail of a mean group of them who were hired by the corrupt sheriff of a Utah town. Overall, a good movie–especially the scenery (shot in the Pyrenees).
