  Bishop Henry Brougham (David Niven) and his wife Julia (Loretta Young) lead busy lives ministering to their flock. However, when Henry becomes so ensnared in his "churchly" duties that he ignores his own wife, a Heaven-sent angel, Dudley (Cary Grant), shows him the error of his ways. Academy Award nominations were received for Best Picture and Director. There were two other nominations and an Oscar for Best Sound Recording.

An expedition is funded, and, indeed, the good professor is correct. Good special effects for the time, and this silent film holds up well today.
