A Sly Stallone flick with no terrorists–how can this be? There is plenty of excitement, however, as Stallone plays former rescue service chief Kit Latura who is on the scene when an explosion rips through a New Jersey-to-Manhattan artery, the Holland Tunnel. Kit goes into the tunnel to rescue survivors. Special effects, of course, are great.
