Kolderup (Peter Cushing), sends Jeff and Jeff's tutor, Thomas Artelect (David Hatton), on a sea adventure. But their ship is attacked by sea monsters, and they are washed up on an island. The island is run by Taskinar (Terence Stamp) who reigns over an island of monsters (cheap ones, at that). Before long, Jeff has encountered cannibals and pirates who are looking for gold. Could this be a set-up by Jeff's uncle?
