Alex is a would-be artist whose show is canceled, and then his girlfriend (Anne-Marie Johnson) dumps him. With the rug pulled out from under him, Alex moves into a rundown apartment where the supervisor (Alan Gelfant), who has no respect for privacy, appears in Alex's apartment whenever he wants. Then there are the wacky neighbors (Mary Coleston, Krystina Carson, and Manual Cabral) who do not hesitate to turn on Alex when he meets, and then dumps, the girl-next-door, Lori (Beth Ulrich).
