  In this sequel to "It's Alive" (1974), Frank Davies (John P. Ryan), the father of the original monster baby from the first film, warns Eugene and Jody Scott (Frederic Forrest and Kathleen Lloyd) that their expected baby may also be at risk and that a national task force, led by Mallory (John Marley), is ruthlessly killing the monster babies. Eugene and Jody escape to Davies' hideout where Jody gives birth to her killer baby, and bloody mayhem ensues when their baby is joined by two others in their search for survival through human blood.
