A stern new principal Evelyn Togar (Mary Woronov) takes over Lombardi High School and is dedicated to putting an end to her students' obsession with rock 'n' roll. She conducts experiments on laboratory rats to show the bad effects the music has on her teenage students. But, the students do not accept her discipline as they work to turn Lombardi High into Rock 'N' Roll High School. Rock and roll fans will love both the choices and volume of songs played in this film. Followed by "Rock 'N' Roll High School Forever."
