Meanwhile, Rachel Holloman (Michelle Monaghan) has just put her eight-year-old son, Sam (Cameron Boyce), on a train bound for Washington, D.C. where his school band is scheduled to perform at the Kennedy Center. Rachel also receives a phone call from the same stranger telling her to follow directions or Sam will die. The stranger arranges for Rachel and Jerry to get together, and, with Morgan in hot pursuit, they become fugitives desperately trying to find out what is really happening.
