  In the 19th century, despite cultural differences, Link (Charles Bronson) helps the Samurai, Kuroda (Toshiro Mifune), track down Gotch (Alain Delon) who has stolen Kuroda's sword. While on the trail of the sword, they deal with Indian attacks and beautiful women (Capucine and Ursula Andress). By story's end, their lives are changed forever.
