  Based on a true story, this film relates the experiences of a Catholic priest (John Hurt) and a British teacher (Hugh Dancy) who found themselves in the middle of the Rwandan genocide of 1994 when the conflict between the Tutsis and the Hutus accelerated and resulted in the slaughter of thousands of Tutsis.

  In this film, the third in the "Omen" series, Sam Neill plays Damien the Antichrist who rises to power as the wealthy head of Thom Industries, the world's largest multinational corporation. He is also an ambassador to England and heads an international youth council from which he gains followers to perform his evil deeds. When Damien sees a sign indicating the second coming of Christ on March 24th, in an effort to track down a reborn Jesus, he orders his followers to kill as many babies as possible who were born on that date. Matters come to a head when a band of Italian monks try to stop the killings and set out to assassinate Damien.

  Doctor Thompson (Brook Williams) becomes suspicious over the mysterious deaths that are occurring in the village. He asks his mentor, James Forbes (Andre Morell), to investigate, and it is soon clear that the mad squire (John Carson) orders young workers killed and, through voodoo, the squire brings the bodies back to life as zombies to work in his tin mine. But there are obstacles to James' cleaning up this mess. Good plot and atmosphere.
