  While the "handcuff killer" is on the loose in Manhattan, an art student, Virna Nightbourne (Elizabeth Kemp), has premonitions about the murders and is able to draw pictures of them. She comes to the attention of talk show host Mac McCormack (Perry King) who exploits Virna in an attempt to raise his own ratings.

  A highly entertaining actioner with good direction and wonderfull performance by Fred Wiliamson.The movies at a brisk pace and has some nice moments of comedy.
