This film is a gentle adventure meant to amuse young children. Thomas is having problems with the evil diesel engine, Diesel 10 (voice of Neil Crone), who wants to destroy a magical lost engine, which just happens to be in the possession of Burnett Stone (Peter Fonda), but nobody knows that Burnett has it.
