  Durell (Ice Cube) and LeeJohn (Tracy Morgan) have been friends since childhood and still have not learned how to stay out of trouble. Sanders), Durell joins forces with LeeJohn to rob a church in order to provide funds to keep mother and son in town. They go to the church, but the money is missing, and now they hold the parishioners captive. Among the group of hostages are choirmaster Rickey (Katt Williams), Sister Doris (Loretta Devine), and Pastor Arthur Mitchell (Chi McBride). When a White gang intrudes on the Black gang's turf, Bumpy declares war on Dutch Schultz (Tim Roth) who is leading the effort to get in on the action. Violence ensues as the body count escalates.
