  Childhood friends Mitch (Lorenzo Lamas) and Boyle (Michael Pare) went in separate directions–Mitch took the higher road. Now Boyle, a bookie, wants Mitch's help with a counterfeiting caper, so he tells Mitch that Mitch owes him money that was borrowed several years previously. The slow Mitch, though not thinking he owes Boyle, agrees to help.

After the body is stolen, the action begins when she and Mark lead the effort to regain it.

Meanwhile, agent Mark (Lorenzo Lamas) has his hands full tracking down a terrorist who has stolen a top secret module AND a soldier of fortune who has stolen the computer chip needed to activate the module. Luckily, Alexa comes out of "retirement" to assist in the effort.

In the process they take hostages, including Detective Turner (Rae Dawn Chong) and Detective McKenna's (also Lamas) wife. When McKenna shows up, bullets fly and Lyle is killed. Now, McKenna takes on the persona of Lyle to finish the job, as does Turner, McKenna's partner. Poor story, poor acting, poor directing, etc.

Steven contracts for Sarah's help, but it isn't long before the goddess shows that she expects to be treated like one, and Steven's catering to Sarah's every demand begins to cost him his sanity.

Nick must also deal with his boss (Roy Scheider) who blames Nick for lack of promotions. Brutal, gory.
