Eve (Renee Soutendijk), the head of a top-secret government project, creates a robot modeled after herself that has strong emotional feelings (lacking in Eve) and is equipped with a nuclear bomb. During testing the robot is damaged in a bank robbery and goes on a rampage causing destruction throughout the city. Oh, yes, the bomb is also activated.
