In this third installment of the "Witch Mountain" movies, those alien kids Tia and Tony (Tracey Gold and Andy Freeman) are on Earth helping their Uncle Ben (Noah Beery Jr.) search for his grandson, Gregory (Eric Aved). Their old friend Jason (Eddie Albert) once again comes to their aid, but then Jason is kidnapped by their nemesis from the past, billionaire Aristotle (Efrem Zimbalist Jr.), who wants to use Tia and Tony's telepathic powers to control the world. Tia and Tony rescue Jason, and, together, they race to find Gregory with Aristotle in hot pursuit.

Dr. Bill Cortner (Jason Evers) has experimented with using electric shock to restore life to those who have recently died. She begs him to let her die, but he ignores her pleas. Meanwhile, her head now has telepathic powers, and, by story's end, she will use those powers to prevent Bill from murdering the woman (Adele Lamont) whom he has chosen to replace Jan's body.
