Two Detroit teens–Noah (Wesley Jonathan) and Tech (Anthony Mackie)–have differing ideas on how to use basketball to improve their lives. On the other hand, recently released from prison Tech competes in rigged games of street ball, staged by former sports agent Vaughn (Wayne Brady).
