Psychiatrist Bill Crushank (Jeff Fahey) loses an arm in an auto accident and receives a new arm transplanted from an executed psychopathic killer. After the other two are brutally murdered and their transplanted limbs taken, Bill is confronted by the killer–none other than the remnants of the executed man.
