While his scientist father (French Stewart) is away from home, Zak (Jesse Bradford) impresses his girlfriend, Francesca (Paula Garces), by activating Dad's particle accelerator watch. This results in time appearing to stand still while Zak and Francesca are flung through hypertime by their speeded-up metabolisms. But, as luck would have it, evil assassins want the watch and will stop at nothing to get it.
