This film adaptation of Richard J. Matheson's "I Am a Legend" is about a bacteriological-war survivor, Col. Neville believes that he is the sole survivor on Earth until he encounters a group of young people, led by Lisa (Rosalind Cash). Neville becomes romantically involved with Lisa, and, together, they try to suppress the zombies. The original movie adaptation of "I Am a Legend" was made as "The Last Man on Earth" in 1964 and starred Vincent Price as the lone survivor. It was again re-made in 2007 as "I Am Legend."
