Matt (Elijah Wood) takes the fall for his roommate's cocaine possession and is expelled from Harvard. It does not take long for Matt to get to know Steve's brother Pete (Charlie Hunnam), and that experience leads to Matt's introduction into the world of "firms," which regular guys join and then fight other firms on weekends during soccer season.
