  Adventure star Douglas Fairbanks plays D'Artagnan in this version of the Alexandre Dumas classic. D'Artagnan arrives in Paris hoping to join the King's (Adolphe Menjou) Musketeers (Leon Bary, George Siegmann, and Eugene Pallette). He does so, and soon the Musketeers are involved in preventing the plot of the dastardly Cardinal Richelieu's (Nigel De Brulier) attempt to take over the crown.
