During his high school graduation speech, nerdy valedictorian Denis Cooverman (Paul Rust) listens to advice given him by his pal Rich Munsch (Jack Carpenter) and announces that he loves popular cheerleader Beth Cooper (Hayden Panettiere). This does not sit well with Beth's psychotic boyfriend Kevin (Shawn Roberts) who stalks them when Denis and Rich spend the evening partying with Beth and her popular friends Cammy (Lauren London) and Treece (Lauren Storm).
