In fact, the recently deceased Mr. Ravenscroft (Peter O'Toole) still drops by for "visits." During the investigation, Hatcher learns that Patrick had been having affairs with the lady of the manor Mrs. Ravenscroft (Greta Scacchi), her teenage daughter Gillian (Laura Harris), and the governess Charlotte (Gabrielle Anwar). Could jealousy have played any role in Patrick's murder?
