The drug works, and Lowe is gradually awakened after 30 years. He experiences the wonder of life and love, and this success with L-DOPA encourages Sayer to administer the drug to his other patients. Oscar nominations included Best Picture and Actor (De Niro).

As she tries to sleuth out the mystery, Joanne joins a UFO support group where she meets and joins forces with Abraham (Isaach De Bankole). Together, Joanne and Abraham convince the UFO support group to help them break into the Brooklyn Art Museum in order to steal a certain artifact. Their actions result in saving the whole world.
