Bart needs money to pay for his son Jimmy's (Claude Kingston) eye surgery, so he accepts the offer. When he confesses to Scotland Yard, they do not believe Bart. Heinz thinks that Bart has not kept his word and seeks revenge. Now, Bart's former boss' niece, Jill Brook (Lois Maxwell), steps in and puts an end to Heinz's criminal activities.
