After rookie cop Denny Colt is killed, he is resurrected as The Spirit (Gabriel Macht), a masked crime fighter with the mission of keeping Central City safe for its inhabitants. And the battle is on as The Spirit tracks down Octopus while beautiful women try to seduce The Spirit–for good and evil reasons.
