  When Dr. Ted Grey (Milo Ventimiglia) begins his residency at the University Hospital in Philadelphia, he meets a group of pathologists who are led by Jack Gallo (Michael Weston). They play a deadly game in which one of them kills a victim, and then the others set out to find the means by which the murder was performed. Grey joins the group and, too late, learns that he could be slated as a victim. Now, he must watch his every move in what develops into a deadly cat-and-mouse game in which Grey must either kill or be killed.
