Beginning where the last film left off, the only survivor of Michael Myers (Tony Moran) slaughter is Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis) who is being taken to the hospital suffering from shock. Myers has eluded the police and arrives at the hospital searching for Laurie. He continues his killing spree–this time nurses and doctors are killed–until his psychiatrist Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) finally catches up with Myers for the big confrontation.

But–the shark follows her, wanting, presumably, to finish off the family. Terrible ending to the series.
