Unknown to Betty, that Buick just happens to contain the drugs that Del stole from Charlie and Wesley. Hence, those two are in hot pursuit. Along the route–the Grand Canyon, to be precise–Charlie begins to fantasize about a romance with Betty. Once in L.A., Betty is mistaken for an ambitious actress, and the fun begins.
