It is Ray's own grandfather (voice of Patrick Stewart) who has sent him the package and given him instructions to protect it. Now, Ray is in the middle of the battle between his grandfather and father to control the development of steam machines.

So far, so good–until Kate accuses him of cheating on her, and Dexter must now try to get her back. Not a bad romantic comedy.

The race is on as Dean must find the antidote and prove his identity. Not one of Snipes' best films.
