Kazakhstani TV reporter Borat Sagdiyev (Sacha Baron Cohen) comes to the USA to produce a documentary on what life is like in America. He heads out immediately with his producer Azamat (Ken Davitian), and on their trip across America, the politically correct as well as incorrect attitudes are revealed by Borat–all of which add up to a very funny satire.

Smart bumbles his way through the investigation, but he and Agent 99 uncover a plot to smuggle nuclear material and then return to the United States to save the world.

Years ago, Louis (Samuel L. Jackson) and Floyd (Bernie Mac) were the backup group of soul singers for singing legend Marcus Hooks (John Legend). But, when Hooks opted to go his separate way, the group split and haven't seen or spoken to each other in 20 years. Meanwhile, Hooks won 19 Emmys while Floyd and Louis faded into obscurity. When Hooks dies, a televised tribute at the Apollo Theater is planned, and Floyd convinces down-on-his-luck Louis to join him in his lime-green Cadillac on a cross-country trip to pay their respects to Marcus. Louis agrees to go but makes the road trip as difficult as possible, and lingering problems from the past reemerge.
