Now, Sarah must contend with the humiliation of her questionable past being paraded in a courtroom. Powerful and moving.

It shows how a person can love another based on who they really are. It's like reading a book then watching a movie. Somehow the book was better because you are forced to imagine. And your imagination is better than a hollywood director. Anyway, I thought it was touching and moving and explained a lot about the human condition. We are all prejudice in one way or another, based on very little. |

Ruth's second wife is Ziegfeld showgirl Claire Hodgeson (Kelly McGillis), and life becomes fun–for awhile. This script also objectively relates the ups and downs of Ruth's career. The on-field play is enhanced by use of good old Danville (Illinois) Stadium.
