The show must go on–despite bombs falling–and the devoted Norman, once again, provides the care necessary to get "Sir" onstage for his performance in "King Lear." Both Finney and Courtenay received Academy Award nominations for Best Actor; other nominations were received for Best Picture, Director, and Writing.
