Enter Irene (Renee Zellweger), a prisoner assigned to Charlie to deliver to a New York police station. Things go from bad to worse, and diehard Carrey fans will enjoy it.

Betty and Rita set out to uncover Rita's identity. At the same time, movie director Adam Kesher (Justin Theroux) experiences problems with his financial backers. By story's end, Betty's, Rita's, and Adam's lives affect each other in such mystifying scenes that the viewer is left to interpret the solutions. David Lynch received a Best Director Oscar nomination.
