Then, late one night he watches as Gabe Hassan (Khaled Abol Naga) moves into the neighborhood. Gabe carries only a few bags, and Terry is suspicious that this Middle-Easterner works for terrorists and is building bombs at home. Terry spies on Gabe and reports his findings to his wife Maria (Kari Matchett) and to FBI Agent Hillary (Richard Schiff), but both are skeptical about Terry's reports and are turned off by him. By now, Terry is obsessed with what he believes is a threat to his country, and his paranoid thinking leads him to the decision that he, as a patriot, must take matters into his own hands as the one American citizen in a position to stop Gabe.
