Following her restoration surgery, Sydney is now experiencing ghostly shadows of dead people as well as people who are about to die. Her vision therapist, Dr. Paul Faulkner (Alessandro Nivola), tries to help and tells her that she is just going through a transition stage. But, Sydney realizes that her troubles relate to her new eyes and that she must find the donor in order to uncover what secret visions those eyes have held if she is ever going to solve her current problems.
