Lightning Jack Kane (Paul Hogan) needs some public relations work, and, to that end, he stages new robberies. In the process, he gains a sidekick (Cuba Gooding Jr.) who happens to be mute. The results make for a fairly good western/comedy that is carried almost entirely by Hogan.
